Vivergo Fuels – Opening delayed until “later in the year”

THE OPENING of the Vivergo Fuels biorefinery plant at Saltend has been delayed.
The construction of one of the largest bioethanol plants in the world should have finished in ‘late spring’ according to earlier statements from Vivergo, but that has now been delayed to “later in the year” in 2012.
The Vivergo Fuels website, albeit a very useful source of information about the company and its plans, does not give any updated information about the construction schedule. However, the Reuters news agency has reported the delays.
