South Holderness Cup Final Winners 2012

EASINGTON UNITED AFC are seeking a new First Team manager, following confirmation that Dave Mackay-Dundas has stepped down from the post he’s occupied since 2006.

In a statement, Chairman Doug Clubley said he would like to “thank Dave for all his hard work over the past six years and for his 15 years loyal service to the club”.

The post is now to be advertised and applicants are invited to contact the club via email at info@easington-united.co.uk or by post to: The Chairman, Easington United AFC, Westfield, Baulk End, Easington, Hull HU12 0TL

In the short-term, Mike Nicholson has been appointed Caretaker Manager/Coach with the Committee hopeful of announcing a permanent replacement in time for the commencement of pre-season training at Low Farm on Saturday, 7th July 2012.

The Eastenders finished tenth in the newly created Central Midlands League North Division last season and also field two Saturday teams in the East Riding County League. Voted County and Regional FA Charter Standard Adult Club of the Year in 2008 and 2009, they are seen as a progressive club and recently announced an official Club Link with burgeoning junior outfit Sporting Withernsea Wolves.
