Neil Hudgell Solicitors Trust fund launch in April 2012

SPORTS AND COMMUNITY PROJECTS can apply for small grants of up to £1,000 from the Neil Hudgell Solicitors Trust. Any community or voluntary group in Yorkshire that has a real community base and a good idea is welcome to apply.

The Trust was launched in April 2012 to celebrate the law firm’s 15th year of providing legal services to the people of Hull and Yorkshire. It particularly aims to support smaller grass roots organisations.

“The Trust will allow us to support grass roots sport, community initiatives and educational aspiration as part of our corporate social responsibility strategy.”

The Trust fund is administered by the Hull and East Yorkshire Community Foundation. An application pack and guidance is available from them at their website. It is anticipated that the grants programme will run until at least 2014.

For more information – and to avoid any wasted effort –  contact Leigh North at leighn@heycf.co.uk or on telephone 01482 320021.
