VETERANS WEEKEND took place over the Saturday and Sunday 28th/29th July 2012 at East Park, Hull – and what a fantastic event it was!
As well as a funfair and traditional sideshows, including a marvellous Glen Miller band, the Park was divided into various Army camps representing different historical periods; The Great War, World War II and the American Civil War.
The ‘Red Devils’ Parachute Regiment display team ‘dropped-in’ for a visit!
A great family day out which HU12 Online will definitely make sure it promotes next year!
