TESCO jobs in Hornsea – Need help with application forms?
| November 22, 2011 | Posted by Editor under Business, Community, East Riding of Yorkshire Council |
THE NEW TESCO STORE in Hornsea opens to customers in January 2012 and the store is looking for new staff. It is expected that up to 270 jobs mainly for local people will be on offer.
It is expected that a wide variety of part-time, full-time, flexible and seasonal contracts will be available before the store opens. TESCO’s careers website shows that some jobs are already being advertised see http://stores.tesco-careers.com/ with many more needed before the store opens.
TESCO prefers to recruit via its website and the East Riding Council’s Adult Education service will be offering support to those wishing to apply via this online process.
So if you are seeking work – but unsure about filling in application forms or don’t have a computer – then one of the Application Form Filling Workshops just might be suitable for you!
There are six sessions as listed on the flyer opposite.

Hi Levi – You should contact Tesco direct. Have a look at the Tesco careers website indicated above.
how do i contact tesco direct please ?
I have e-mailed you Levi.
The store opened last Monday 16th January and there was a massive take-up for the available jobs – over 1,000 people applied for the 200 or so jobs available.
I believe you can call in to the store and ask for an application form for any future jobs.
OK thanks alto for your help
