The Hull Memory Clinic at Humber NHS Foundation Trust, is an internationally renowned specialist clinical academic centre located in Coltman Street, Hull. Help is available for older people and their families to find solutions – or even to prevent – some of the difficulties associated with a reduced memory, in order that they can manage the condition.
