WITH 114 MILLION ALBUMS under their belt and nearly 60 years in show-business, The Drifters, are pop-legends!

The Spa Bridlington will be hosting The Drifters as part of the group’s 70-date UK Masquerade Tour 2012 on Saturday, 2nd June.

The Drifters have enjoyed success on both sides of the Atlantic and across the world. The group’s current recording line-up will perform the group’s greatest hits and new material, some of which is featured on their latest album, which reached number 12 in the UK charts.

As one of the biggest selling bands of all time, The Drifters have collated a huge catalogue of over 50 hits, including well-known classics such as Saturday Night at the Movies, Under The Boardwalk, Up on the Roof, Come On Over To My Place and Kissing In The Back Row of the Movies.

The Drifters are one of the longest-serving bands in history. Since 1953, more than 65 vocalists have performed as part of the group. During this time, the only constant has been the Treadwell family, who through George Treadwell, founded the group back in 1953 and who still own the group to this day. The group is managed by Prism Music Group Ltd.

Tickets are priced at £25 for adults and £22.50 for concessions, with the show getting underway from 7.30pm.

For further information or to book tickets, call The Spa box office on (01262) 678258.
