Cable theft – Karoo Broadband down in Thorngumbald area

KC have reported that there has been a serious cable theft by professional criminals affecting customers in the Thorngumbald area which could take until the evening of Sunday the 12th of February 2012 to repair.

The company would like to apologise for the inconvenience this is causing and assure customers that their engineers are on site and working to restore normal service as soon as possible.

UPDATE: The issue is affecting telephone services as well as internet services.

    KC Report that full service to all customers was restored by approximately 5pm on Saturday night.
